Emma is a highly experienced advocate and BSc (Hons.) in Psychology specialising in a wide range of fields. She has been instructed on mediations and negotiations for a number of years and became an Accredited Mediator following facilitative mediator training with the London School of Mediation in 2011.
Emma is happy to accept instructions to mediate across a wide range of matters and not just those in which she practices. Her broad range of experience enables her to provide the most appropriate and cost effective dispute resolution strategy in any given situation.

Advising and successfully representing the Turkish Prime Minister, Reccep Tayip Erdogan in his libel claim against the Daily Telegraph following the publication of false stories suggesting he had negotiated a secret US$25milliion donation with Iran,
Advising and representing an Advisor to the Cabinet Office on issues around defending a claim against him for 1.3m,
Advising the Chief Executive of an offshore Italian Oil exploration Company (sister company in the UK) on matters arising out of share dilution and unfair prejudicial conduct,
Successfully appearing in the Court of Appeal on a matter arising out of the highest pay in Libel damages for the year (first Libel case in the Court of Appeal for almost a decade),
Advised a foreign Government on matters arising out of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes based in the World Bank,
Advised the Chief Executive of a UK based importation company on the risk of investment arising out of the sole supply of sugar to the Iraqi Government,
Advised an Embassy on the well known Apostolides v Orams and Orams case arising out of property disputes between Southern Cyprus and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus,
