Our Immigration Group provides representation throughout the country. Members include specialists in a wide range of areas where migrant rights are impacted on including, community care, welfare rights, asylum support, age assessments, mental health, education, unlawful detention, local authority work and extradition.
Our barristers advise and appear before the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal and the United Kingdom Supreme Court. Members are also instructed frequently for their expertise in the Special Immigration Appeal Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
Various members of the Group sit as Immigration Judges of the First and Upper Tier Tribunal in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, act as Special Advocates in national security matters and many are accredited to accept instructions through the Public Access scheme.
