Christopher Hudson

Christopher is a member of the Business & Property group at No5 Chambers.

Prior to joining No5 Chambers, Christopher was an employed barrister and director within the in-house chambers of an international law firm. He is routinely instructed on a broad range of commercial, property, and insolvency matters. Christopher represents both claimants and defendants in the County Court, High Court, and First Tier Property Tribunal and has a busy mediation practice. He regularly conducts Fast Track trials and Multi-track trials and routinely appears at interlocutory hearings including CCMCs, applications, CMCs, and disposals. Christopher also has a busy paperwork practice drafting advices, statements of case, applications, and Part 35 questions.

In his spare time, Christopher enjoys cooking and woodworking when he is not being dragged around by his three dogs.
