Publications include joint editor in the current re-editing of Mithani: Directors' Disqualification and a number of other books, including the title "Corporate Insolvency" in the Encyclopedia of Forms and Precedents (2004). In practice from 1971-1995 with John Knox QC and others at 11 New Square Lincoln's Inn - a traditional chancery set - where he still retains a door tenancy. First chancery lawyer to join No5 Chambers (as an associate tenant in 1982) full-time 1996 to date.
