Nick’s current caseload includes claims involving significant brain injuries arising from both accidents at work and road traffic accidents, a case of cauda equine syndrome, a lower limb amputation following a road traffic accident, multiple chronic pain cases involving very significant and wide-ranging disability and numerous fatal accident claims, some of which arise from industrial disease.
