Harrison is member of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence groups at No5.
Harrison regularly appears in a wide range of interim applications, disposal hearings and small claim and fast-track trials. He represents both Claimants and Defendants.
Harrison has a particular interest in claims arising out of fatalities, having assisted in a 2-week death at work inquest, taking place before a jury. He has also represented interested parties at inquests as sole counsel.
Harrison’s pupillage supervisor was Gemma Roberts, a barrister with substantial experience in fatal, catastrophic and high value injury cases. During pupillage he gained experience across the breadth of personal injury and clinical negligence work, including trials, mediations, and expert
Harrison also accepts instructions to draft written pleadings and advice on quantum and liability.
Prior to joining No5, Harrison worked as a paralegal to the Chief Executive of a large Midlands law firm, specialising in high value and complex commercial litigation. Through this role he has experience of drafting submissions, conferencing with clients and providing legal analysis.
