David’s professional negligence practice involves primarily claims against solicitors and surveyors. He has also acted against barristers. Many of the cases in which he has been involved have a property-related background. Accordingly, he regularly advises in connection with professional negligence claims against surveyors arising out of negligent property valuations, and in professional negligence claims against solicitors arising out of negligent conveyancing.
