Adam is a very experienced advocate with 15 years experience of conducting cases in the County Court, Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court. Adam’s Crown Court experience assists him greatly in fraudulent personal injury cases, where Adam’s experience of cross-examining witnesses on the basis that they are being untruthful is invaluable. Adam’s Regulatory and Corporate Crime work includes prosecuting and defending cases involving fraudulent trading, disqualified directors, fraudulent transfer of assets and serious work related accidents, often involving fatalities. Adam covers cases on a national basis. Adam has considerable experience of fraudulent claims arising in the personal injury context.
