Tim Jones and James Corbet Burcher, part of the No5 Planning Group, will be speaking at the UKLEA and PEBA Seminar on Neighbourhood Planning and Environmental Sustainability on the 20th April 2015, which is held at Eversheds in London.

During the evening they will take a look at how the system of neighbourhood planning, introduced under the Localism Act 2011, is working out in practice.
