Richard Hignett secures sizeable costs award in favour of a small employer

Birmingham Employment Tribunal last week awarded costs of £5,000 against a Claimant who brought misconceived discrimination claims against a firm of landscape architects based in the Jewellery Quarter. Richard Hignett successfully represented the employer at the final hearing in April and at the costs hearing last week under the direct access scheme.
