Richard Adkinson: Advocates of Welsh Govenment - Appointment of Junior Counsel Panel B

Richard Adkinson had been recently appointed as a Junior Counsel member Panel B form the Welsh Advocates Government for employment law from 1 October 2012. The appointment last for 4 years.
 
Richard has gained a wide experience in employment law, in which he represents both Claimants and Respondents whether individuals, companies and public bodies.
 
In particular, Richard has experience working on behalf of 
 
•    the public sector for local authorities, central government departments and executive agencies and for other public bodies such as NHS Trusts, 
 
•    large corporations, 
 
•    small businesses and sole employers, and
 
•    employees whether instructed by them privately and often through their trade union. In particular he has experience representing multiple claimants in claims against employers.

As well as writing for Chambers’ newsletter, Richard is a contributing editor to “Jordan’s Employment Law.”
