Philip Dayle attends International Law Expert meeting at Essex University Human Rights Centre

Philip Dayle attended an expert meeting at Essex University Human Rights Centre on the Development of International Guidelines on Human Rights and Drug Control. Mr Dayle addressed the meeting on the development of soft law, process and impact. He shared insights from his role as a key leader in the development of the Yogyakarta Principles on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.

The meeting was convened by the International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy and UNDP. It runs between July 6-7, 2016.
