No5 Chambers is proud to be the headline sponsor of the 2014 Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) Awards. Birmingham Future’s flagship event celebrates the current crop of young talented professionals who will help shape the city’s business landscape.

The BYPY Awards 2014 will be presented at a prestigious event at the International Convention Centre on Thursday 1 May. The sponsorship reflects No5’s commitment to promoting the profile of Birmingham on a national stage and to supporting emerging young professional talent in this region.

No5 Chambers was founded in Birmingham and subsequently expanded, opening Chambers in London, Bristol and the East Midlands.  Chambers tenants, including 26 silks, are recruited for their talent and deploy their expertise locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

“The depth and breadth of young professional talent in Birmingham and the West Midlands’ region deserves recognition,” says Paul Bleasdale QC, Head of No5 Chambers, who was one of the panel of judges for the final round of the BYPY awards in 2013.

“The achievements of the participants in the annual BYPY competition are testament to the skills and endeavour of the entrepreneurs and young professionals in this city.  We are pleased and proud to be the headline sponsor of this event”.
