No5 Barristers’ Chambers visit Birmingham Children’s Hospital with BCFC to spread festive cheer

Wed, 13 Dec 2017

As a conclusion to our #GetShirty campaign, where we donated our back of shirt sponsorship to Birmingham Children’s Hospital, we accompanied the Blues players on a visit to the hospital to meet and hand presents out to its patients.

Our Chief Executive and Director of Clerking, Tony McDaid, presented a cheque on behalf of No5 to the hospital’s charity.

Miranda Williams, Public Fundraising Manager at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity, added: “Thank you so much to the Birmingham City Football Club and No5 Chambers for bringing Christmas cheer to our wards and departments.

"It was lovely that they gave so much time to the children during their visit, taking their time to chat, have pictures taken and give the presents they brought with them to our sick children.

"It really did lift spirits and spread a magical buzz around the hospital – so thank you.”
