Mason Greenwood acquitted following recent legal developments

Michelle Heeley KC was instructed at an early stage to represent the interests of  Manchester United footballer, Mason Greenwood. The case made headlines around the world and required sensitive handling in respect of the issues and allegations. The trial was set down for November 2023. There were ongoing legal discussions between the parties and the CPS discontinued the matter on 2nd February. Michelle was instructed by Louise Straw at Burton Copeland.
