John Butterfield QC and Harpreet Sandhu defend is care home acquittal

John Butterfield QC and Harpreet Sandhu successfully defended a nurse charged with manslaughter. They combatted the complex medical -and extensive factual- evidence to such a degree that the trial Judge directed an acquittal at the conclusion of the Crown's case in a trial which was reported both locally and nationally.
