Effective Employment Tribunal Advocacy - Birmingham Law Society Seminar

No5 Employment Barrister Mugni Islam-Choudhury will be presenting part of a seminar hosted by Birmingham Law Society on Effective Employment Tribunal Advocacy, to be held on Thursday 9th October at Shoosmiths, Birmingham.

The seminar will be split into two parts, firstly Judge Colin Goodier will give some tips on “do’s and don’ts” in an employment tribunal and will discuss common errors and poor advocacy practice.

In the second part, Mugni Islam-Choudhury will give a talk titled “Winning ET Claims”, about best practice for advocates to maximise success at the Tribunal.

The seminar comes with 1.5 CPD points and costs £10.00 + VAT.
