David Howker QC and Alex Stein defend in conspiracy to rob acquittal

Three men who were accused of plotting a robbery with a father-of-two who was shot dead by police in Cheshire have been cleared.
 
Mr Totton, 33, and Mr Rimmer, 26, both from Manchester, and Mr Travers, 27, of no fixed address, were found not guilty yesterday of conspiracy to rob by a jury at Manchester Crown Court.
 
Mr Grainger, 36, was shot by police when the men were stopped in Culcheth, Cheshire.
