Clive Newberry QC, member of No5 Chambers Planning and Environment Group, is speaking at Planning Magazine’s ‘Planning Practical Seminar: Housing Delivery’ seminar on 13th May 2015, which is to be held at the ILEC Conference Centre in London.

He will be co-presenting a session titled “Housing Delivery vs. Housing Trajectory: Finding Ways Of Accelerating Housing Delivery And Increasing Supply”, providing a legal perspective on methods and tools that can be used to ensure that the housing delivery matches your plan aspiration.
