Birmingham car clamper jailed for two years
An unlicensed car clamper who a judge said was guilty of the "ruthless exploitation" of motorists has been jailed for two years 
 
The city's trading standards department received more than 100 complaints about Andrew Baker's company, Inter Park UK.

Notorious Birmingham car clamper jailed for tricking motorists
The boss of one of Birmingham’s most notorious car clamping companies has been jailed after admitting being behind a ruthless and cruel con trick on vulnerable motorists.
 
Andrew Baker was sentenced to two years in prison at Birmingham Crown Court after admitting to frauds against motorists totalling more than £12,000.
