Adrian Keeling QC & Michelle Heeley speaking at My Business Counsel corporate crime seminar

Tue, 13 Jan 2015

Adrian Keeling QC, Michelle Heeley and renowned solicitor John Cato will be delivering a seminar specifically written for those solicitors who work in white collar crime and regulatory matters.

Solicitors and companies are invited to come and discuss topics such as money laundering and minimising liability for health and safety breaches. Advice will be given as to how to prevent liability arising for Health and Safety breaches but also how to deal with it if it does arise. Delegates will be given advice about working with the HSE, minimising court appearances and dealing with hearings in an effective and cost efficient way.

With Legal Aid under constant attack, solicitors need to be looking at different ways to increase revenue and privately funded white collar crime is a growth area.

This seminar will allow for networking opportunities and chance to ask the keynote speakers for advice.
