William has specialised in the areas of personal injury since appearing as Junior Counsel in the House of Lords case of Hodgson v Trapp in 1988. This case prompted the introduction of the CRU. William works equally for claimants and defendants. He is regularly instructed in claims in excess of 1million involving quadriplegia/brain damage and has a particular interest in the medical aspects of claims.
