Tim Newman has an established practice in personal injury. He handles all types of industrial disease claims with a particular interest in asbestos related litigation. He has handled claims involving the major power generators in the Midlands and been involved in pleural plaques litigation. Further he deals with noise at work, dermatitis and upper limb disorder claims. He deals with Limitation Act issues, apportionment of liability between defendants and with fatal accidents claims.
