Thomas joined chambers following the successful completion of his pupillage
Thomas has a developing clinical negligence practice. He has experience advising in respect of both liability and quantum, drafting pleadings and representing parties at inquests that concern clinical negligence.
Thomas accepts instructions from both Claimants and Defendants.
Thomas is happy to provide seminars for the purposes of continuing professional education on a range of topics.
Prior to joining No5, Thomas worked as a paralegal, where he primarily worked on enforcing a Judgment of the High Court in relation to offshore assets in the context of a trust dispute.
