Teresa specialises in personal injury litigation. She has extensive experience of industrial disease claims, which encompasses all aspects of that field, i.e. industrial deafness, asbestos related disease, VWF, repetitive strain injuries, occupational asthma, workplace stress and dermatitis. She represents both claimants and defendants.
Teresa is involved in these claims from the early stages, providing initial advice on liability and quantum, attending interlocutory hearings and drafting pleadings, as well as taking the cases through to settlement or trial.
Teresa also has extensive experience of Coroners’ Inquests, in particular those relating to industrial disease litigation.
Teresa has assisted the group with CPD seminars on industrial disease, and has written and presented seminars relating to asbestos related claims.
