Costs and Litigation Funding forms an important part of Teresa’s practice. Teresa is an experienced practitioner undertaking a wide range of costs disputes in both advisory form and at hearings, on behalf of both paying and receiving parties.
In addition to attending and advising in respect of detailed assessment hearings Teresa also undertakes cases relating to specific costs issues, including non-party costs, wasted costs and other conduct issues.
