Steven’s practice covers all aspects of commercial litigation but having undertaken pupillage in entertainment and media law at 5RB in London, Steven has particular experience in all aspects of media and sports law including advising, drafting pleadings and appearing in libel, slander, malicious falsehood, betting irregularities, revenue and sponsorship, contracts, negligent mis-statement, privacy, breach of confidence, Data Protection Act, harassment and media and entertainment related contract claims.
