Stephen is an experienced, specialist civil practitioner who has extensive knowledge of credit hire arguments gained over many years representing both Claimants and Defendants in fast track and multi-track trials. He has extensive knowledge of the different issues, including impecuniosity, taxi hire and application of BHR evidence.
Stephen is also instructed in related bailee, penalty clause and subrogation disputes.
His degree in Physiology gives him a particularly useful insight into and understanding of more complicated medical issues involved in personal injury claims, which can accompany credit hire claims.
Stephen is noted for his persuasive advocacy skills and his comprehensive knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
