Stefano has a wide range of experience in cases involving mental health issues and vulnerable clients. He has experience of conducting Court of Protection work in cases involving health and welfare decisions. Stefano has been recognised for his Court of Protection work.
Stefano completed a Masters Degree in Medical Law and Ethics (completing his dissertation on the ethical implications of PVS cases) and draws upon this experience and his work in the Family Division when advising and representing parties within this area of law.
This combination of academic and professional experience proved crucial when he successfully represented one of the fathers in the ground-breaking IVF case of Evans v Amicus Healthcare [2003] EWHC 2161 (Fam).
