Richard’s instructions in industrial disease cases have, of course, arisen out of his personal injury practice.
Richard has particular expertise in claims in respect of noise-induced hearing loss, work-related upper limb disorders, hand/arm vibration and VWF, asthma and asbestos related conditions.
Cases involving industrial disease often require a high degree of sensitivity and Richard is acutely aware of this issue, dealing with them in a very empathetic manner.
