Rebecca has a busy court practice, and is instructed in a broad range of matters including:
- Insolvency
- Consumer credit
- Carriage of goods
- Misrepresentation
- Debt recovery
- Allegations of fraud
In addition to court work, Rebecca leads client conferences. She also has experience drafting advice, pleadings and evidence in support of applications.
During pupillage, Rebecca researched extensively for Mark Anderson QC and Steven Reed concerning the Fundo Soberano De Angola litigation. She attended a conference with the client and the hearing of a freezing injunction.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Rebecca worked pro bono for a scheme at the winding up court in the Rolls Building to assist litigants in person who were resisting the winding up of their company.
