Ramya Nagesh joined Chambers in 2015 after working in leading Chambers in London for two years.
Ramya has a great deal of experience acting in inquests, representing both bereaved families and interested persons. She has been instructed as junior counsel on the Hillsborough inquest, on smaller inquests in her own right and is currently instructed on the Fishmongers Hall Inquest, representing the family of Saskia Jones.
Ramya also has a wealth of experience in Public Inquiry work. She has been instructed on the Independent Jersey Care Home Abuse Inquiry, the Grenfell Inquiry and is currently instructed on the Undercover Policing Inquiry.
Ramya is extremely passionate about these areas of law. Her varied experience means that she is well equipped to meet any challenges that these complex, and interesting, cases may bring.
