Personal Injury - He has had a particular interest in industrial disease cases i.e. deafness, repetitive strain injuries, vibration white finger, industrial asthma, dermatitis, workplace stress and asbestos related disease. In Silk, Paul concentrates on high value claims for both claimants and defendants including group litigation orders. He also undertakes health and safety litigation.
Clinical Negligence - The areas of work that Paul has been involved in have included nursing errors, negligent diagnosis and treatment by GPs, accidents at birth, negligent treatment of breast cancer and a wide range of other types of claim.
Planning and Environment Law - Paul’s experience spans planning appeals and Development Plan Inquiries, planning enforcement and cases including environmental issues.
