Nick has a substantial industrial disease work practice representing both Claimants and Defendants. His work focuses upon claims featuring vibration-related injuries, noise induced deafness, occupational asthma and dermatitis, in addition to work related upper limb disorders.
Nick has extensive trial experience, including both trials of Limitation as a preliminary issue and substantive final hearings and successfully represented the Claimants in the Koyo Bearings Occupational Asthma litigation.
Nick is an accredited pupil supervisor.
