Nick is regularly instructed by both Claimants and insurers in cases where fraud is alleged or suspected and has substantial trial experience. Nick has particular experience with regards to road traffic claims involving allegations of staged accidents, induced accidents, bogus passengers and exaggerated claims with regards to quantum.
Nick has succeeded on numerous occasions in persuading trial judges to make explicit findings of fraud in cases when acting on behalf of Defendant insurers. Further, Nick has been instructed in a wide variety of cases where fraud has been alleged in the context of employers liability and public liability claims.
Nick is an accredited pupil supervisor.
