For many years Mat has undertaken work in cases involving injuries sustained in a wide range of sporting activity, including football, rugby, martial arts and on climbing walls. Mat’s experience spans the spectrum from mistimed tackles to deliberate assaults, and from broken legs to ruptured eye balls. He is also happy to accept instructions in relation to disciplinary proceedings.
Mat continues to undertake both multi-track and fast track work, and is happy to travel for the purpose of trials and to advise in conference. His work is split equally between claimant and defendant.
