Maria deals with all aspects of media and entertainment law. Specifically, contractual disputes, defamation, privacy and confidence, data protection issues, and injunctive relief. Maria was junior Counsel in the case of Lloyd v Kruger EWHC 2011 (Comm) where she successfully defended a 1.3 million claim in the tort of deceit for alleged fraudulent misrepresentations as to the quantity and quality of audio, and audio-visual assets. Maria is also able to receive instructions on a Public Access basis.
