Keri has a substantial Court of Protection practice, primarily in health and welfare matters but with a keen interest in financial abuse cases.
Keri is instructed by the Official Solicitor, local authorities and on behalf of family members and RPRs.
Much of Keri’s work relates to disputes between local authorities and/or family members in issues which go to the human rights of the individuals concerned such as marriage, sexual relations and contact with other persons.
She has a particular interest in cases where there is an overlap with other jurisdictions such as forced marriage, children and the inherent jurisdiction.
“She is always responsive, superb at managing vulnerable clients and has extensive knowledge of community care and Court of Protection work.” “She is organised, sensible and pragmatic.”
