Keri has a substantial Court of Protection practice, primarily in health and welfare matters but with a keen interest in financial abuse cases.
Keri is instructed by the Official Solicitor, local authorities and on behalf of family members and RPRs.
Much of Keri’s work relates to disputes between local authorities and/or family members in issues which go to the human rights of the individuals concerned such as marriage, sexual relations and contact with other persons.
She has a particular interest in cases where there is an overlap with other jurisdictions such as forced marriage, children and the inherent jurisdiction.
"Deals with issues very sensibly and sympathetically." "Authoritative and good at getting people to reach a compromise." "She provides very clear and concise advice, and her drafting is excellent. She is a confident advocate."
