Katie has developed a broad clinical negligence practice.
Thus far, Katie’s rapidly expanding practice includes claims arising out of General Practice, delayed diagnoses, surgical error, obstetrics and gynaecology, nursing and midwifery care, and failures relating to emergency medicine. She is happy to accept instructions relating to claims arising out of fatal accidents. Katie also has experience of claims arising out of dental negligence.
Katie is happy to advise in writing and/or in conference. She undertakes the settling of all pleadings and skeleton arguments and is happy to appear at all interlocutory hearings and trials.
Katie accepts work on a CFA basis where appropriate.
Qualifications
LLB (Law), University of Leeds, First Class Honours.
Bar Vocational Course, Nottingham Law School, Very Competent.
