When as a junior and in silk, Jonathan has been instructed in numerous cases involving oncology and generally, allegations relating to delay in diagnosis.
Jonathan has generally been involved in cases concerning breast, cervical and prostate cancer.
Jonathan is familiar with the procedure involved for taking evidence by deposition for a dying witness and has attended at a Claimant’s home for such a hearing.
