Jonathan deals principally with Fraud in respect of road traffic accident cases (low velocity impact/no impact/stages accidents), although he also advises on commercial cases containing issues of Fraud. He has a very keen eye for inconsistency across the breadth of the evidence and welcome his early involvement in a case. Jonathan regulaly interviews defendants on behalf of instructing solicitors in order to test the feasability of a pleading of Fraud, which solicitors have found to be an important cost saving device.
Jonathan also practices within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Groups.
