Jonathan has experience of a wide range of commercial disputes ranging from sale of goods and supply of services (including fraud matters), bailment, restrictive covenants relating to employment, consumer protection matters, subsidence claims and commercial agency. He appears at both Multi-Track and Fast-Track levels and is known for the clarity of his advice, whether written or oral and his ability to communicate well with all types of client and to put them at their ease.
