Jodie Kembery

Viewing: Court of Protection for Jodie Kembery

Jodie is an established member of No5 and has recently joined the Court of Protection group. Having built a practice specialising in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Inquests, the overlap with the Court of Protection became apparent. Jodie has therefore decided to compliment and expand her current speciality by undertaking Court of Protection work. Jodie has received training from Ian Brownhill and Adreeja Chatterjee and has observed a number of hearing relating to health and welfare and property and affairs matters.
Jodie is thorough and client-focused and can aptly balance sensitivity with the need to be robust when appropriate. Those instructing her know that they will receive a comprehensive and prompt service.
