Joanne deals with all areas and levels of work that fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Protection. She acts for individuals and local authorities.
Joanne brings her wealth of experience from her previous career as a nurse and a counsellor to this developing area of law.
She originally qualified as a Registered General Nurse and then went on to qualify as a Registered Mental Nurse and has considerable experience in this area.
Prior to her entering the legal profession she worked in the area of reproductive medicine.
