Jamie has considerable experience of claims arising from negligent medical practice.
He has particular experience of claims involving cardiology issues, including a recent trial in a fatal claim relating to an alleged delay in pacemaker insertion, a fatal claim arising out of the mismanagement of an ST-elevated myocardial infarction which settled a roundtable settlement meeting for 170,000, and a recent case involving the alleged delay in cardiac symptoms leading to a heart attack where liability was issue but which Jamie settled at a RTM for 400,000.

- A claim involving the failure to promptly recognise and treat necrotising fasciitis that settled for 425,000.
