Serious multiple injuries to a child injured in a road traffic accident for which liability was in dispute, settled for GBP 250,000.
Re B (2013)
Above knee amputation following a motorcycle accident. Dealt with all aspects of the case without a Leader until a roundtable settlement conference, at which the case settled for GBP 1.6m.
