Jack has experience of personal injury claims involving allegations of fraud. In particular, he has acted in fraudulent road traffic accidents (e.g. bogus passenger claims, staged and contrived accidents and low velocity impact claims) drafting pleadings, advising on tactics, testing the evidence of witnesses in conference and conducting interim hearings and trials. Further, he has experience acting for defendants cross examining claimants in respect of allegations of exaggerated/embellished symptoms.

On 12 May 2021, Nicklin J handed down judgment in the case of London Borough of Barking and Dagenham v Persons Unknown [2021] EWHC 1201 (QB).
