Jack has developed a strong practice in insurance litigation following his previous career as a solicitor at a national insurance firm. He is particularly well placed to act and advise on complex and technical insurance disputes involving policy cover, subrogation, re-insurance, professional indemnity, product liability, and misrepresentation.
Jack is frequently instructed by insurers in debt recovery and insurance fraud claims. He has successfully appeared in multi-track trials and appeals.
Due to his experience in employment law, Jack is often asked to act and advise in cases involving professional negligence and breach of policy arising out of employment litigation and legal expenses insurance.
Jack is registered for direct access.
Jack is a member of the Attorney General’s Regional Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
Jack has been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s panel of counsel for 2019 to 2023.
