She understands the financial pressures and realities of commercial litigation and gives pragmatic litigation advice.
Imogen’s recent instructions in this area include advice relating to pre-contractual misrepresentations inducing the purchase of a business as an ongoing concern, advice to partners as to the extent of property owned by the partnership and acting at trial on a dispute concerning liabilities between partners post-dissolution. Imogen has also advised on the breach of hire-purchase agreements between businesses and the enforceability of variations to commercial contracts.
