Viewing: Fraudulent Insurance Claims for Henry Pitchers KC

Henry took silk on 21st March 2020.
Henry has eighteen years experience of civil litigation (dominated by personal injury and clinical and professional negligence work), with his first six years of practise being in London. Insurers and defendants regularly instruct him in relation to civil claims where fraud is suspected and/or alleged. As well as advising in writing and drafting pleadings, he has very considerable trial experience in this area. Henry lectures on fraud in civil litigation.
As with other members of this Group, instructions are most frequently received with regard to alleged road traffic accidents, involving one or more of the following issues:
induced accidents, staged accidents, bogus passenger claims, and, low velocity impact arguments.
Henry has been instructed in relation to suspected “fraud rings” and linked accidents.
In addition, Henry has acted in cases involving suspected fraud in public liability claims (particularly highways claims) and employer’s liability claims.
